Exchange and Return Policy


We accept any product return only on condition that:

The product is in its original condition with all its proper tags.

The product is unworn.

The product is not dirty.

You can send us the product you want to return using strictly

the company we used in order for you to receive the product in the first place.

You can communicate with our online store calling the number +30 6974312506 only if the product is not used and comes with all the necessary documents that prove the transation. Exchanges can only be accepted within 10 days from the delivery of the product.



The delivery return costs are on the customer and he/she is obliged to return the product in its original condition.

After we have carefully examined the product and determine that all the return conditions are met, we are going to communicate with you in order to replace the product or refund its value. The delivery and Pay-on-delivery cost cannot be refunded. In case the  product you are exchanging is more expensive you have to pay a 2,00€ Pay-on-delivery cost.
